Multiple Kellogg family members and employees claimed to have had a hand in creating the famous flakes, and brothers Dr. John Harvey Kellogg and Will Kellogg actually went to court over the rights to use the family name! Will won the legal battle and was able to successfully market the Kellogg’s Corn Flakes cereal that we still know and love today.
